A Kumar Jha, born in 1976 in Bihar. He has practiced his style of madhubani paintings since his early years. The style he practices is also known as the Mithila style of paintings where he specializes in intricate line drawings and subtle organic painting.
He was awarded with national merit certificate by Indian government in 2016.
He was also awarded The Martand Singh Memorial (INTACH) award in 2019.
He has worked with Gallery Ragini for the past 8 years and has been part of a few major shows including Inward Bound (2016), Contemporary walk III, India Art Fair (2020) and Colloquial among others.
